"My American heart rejoiced when I got this food, it was so good and hit the spot for a good burger and onion rings! You go in and order at the kiosk (super easy as they have an English option). Then you pick up an table number on the side and place it on the circle on the table you want. Service is really fast, served within 10 minutes. The food is a bit pricey, but it’s airport food so that’s not surprising. What you see with the water was €16,40. But the burger was a double and it was delicious! The onion rings were fried perfectly and I enjoyed the extra touch of Heinz sauces (ketchup, mustard, Mayo, bbq) on the table. Definitely hits the spot for a good burger!"

"Roadhouse – Malpensa Airport, Terminal 1 Very clean, very friendly, and impressively fast service. Ordering is done via self-service kiosks, similar to McDonald’s, which works perfectly—especially when you’re in a hurry. Card payment is quick and easy. The cappuccino was very good: creamy, well balanced, and freshly made. The croissant was excellent as well, fresh and tasty. Prices are fair for an airport location and absolutely reasonable. Overall, a great experience and a very convenient stop at Malpensa Airport. Would definitely come back."

"Great burgers, but extremely rude service. Visited on November 1st around 1:30 PM at Milan airport. I ordered at the self-service machine to eat in and went to the counter just to pick up my tray. As there was a queue for people ordering on-site, I stepped aside to wait until the staff finished serving others. To my surprise, I overheard the person at the counter speaking in Italian and calling me and another customer “rude” (maleducati) just because we were waiting to collect our trays. At no point did she address us directly or explain that we needed to queue again just to pick up an already prepared order. I honestly don’t understand two things: 1. If there’s a rule that you must queue again to collect self-service orders, why isn’t that clearly indicated or explained to customers? 2. Why would a staff member choose to speak badly about customers in front of others instead of politely clarifying the situation? The burgers themselves were very good, but rude and unprofessional behavior like this completely ruins the experience -especially in an airport, where one expects a minimum of courtesy and professionalism. A real shame, because the food was excellent, but the staff’s attitude leaves a very negative impression of the restaurant and the company."

"I am very surprised with the average ratings of this place in the Google Maps. Maybe they changed their standards lately, because yesterday I had nice chicken cotletta XXL, big baked potato loaded with cheese, cream and bacon, only house salad was too basic, just green leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes. Another plus - nachos while waiting for the food on the house. Prices - decent for the airport, of course pricier than normal, but not crazy overpriced. Not a Michelin star restaurant, but I was happy to eat there"

"Got the Chicken burger with fries and drink. Fries were fine but the chicken burger was AMAZING. It had a giant piece of tender, fresh, crunchy breaded chicken as well as bacon, tomato, lettuce and light spicy sauce. The size was huge and every bite was tender and delicious. I was skeptical about ordering it since the combo is around 14 euro (and airport food is usually never too good) but this really blew me away! Service was very friendly and fast, Im full and very satisfied!"
